We only process the data you choose to share with us:

• Identification and contact details: name, company, email address and phone number.
• Information about your project: project type, estimated budget and the message you write.
• The content of conversations you have with us on WhatsApp or by email.

We do not request sensitive data or data about children or adolescents. Please do not include it in your messages.

When you submit the contact form, the site does not store your data on our servers: it opens WhatsApp with a message containing the information you wrote, and that message only reaches us if you choose to send it.

We also receive your data when you write to us directly on WhatsApp or by email.

• Replying to your request and understanding your project.
• Preparing and sending you proposals, quotes and timelines.
• Scheduling meetings or calls.
• Performing the contract if you decide to work with us, including billing and support.
• Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• Telling you about our launches or services, only if you ask us to or expressly authorize it.

By ticking the acceptance box on the form and sending us your message, or by writing to us directly, you give us your prior, express and informed authorization to process your data for the purposes described.

You can revoke it at any time, except where a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep the data.

As the data subject, you have the right to:

• Know, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
• Be informed about how we have used your data.
• File complaints with the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the law, after completing the inquiry or claim process with us.
• Revoke your authorization and request the deletion of your data when legal principles, rights and guarantees are not respected.
• Access your personal data free of charge.

Write to us at contacto.bylabs@gmail.com with your name, a way to reach you and your request. The management of ByLabs S.A.S. is responsible for handling inquiries and claims.

• Inquiries: we answer within ten (10) business days of receipt. If that is not possible, we will tell you why and give you a new date, no more than five (5) additional business days later.
• Claims (correction, update, deletion or revocation): we handle them within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, extendable by eight (8) more business days with prior notice. If a claim is incomplete, we will ask you to complete it within the following five (5) days.

We do not sell or rent your data. To operate, we use providers that may process it on our behalf, such as WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), our email provider and the site's hosting service.

Some of these providers are located outside Colombia, so your data may be transmitted to other countries with adequate protection measures, as permitted by law. We will also share data when required by a competent authority.

We apply reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or misuse, and we review these practices periodically.

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described, for the business relationship and to comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
